The front door opens to a small hall with storage and then to a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with french doors to garden and arch to well equipped kitchen with oven,hobb,microwave,fridge and washing machine.To the first floor are two double bedrooms(one with bunk bed)and contempoary styled bathroom with bath and electric shower.
To the rear is a splendid South facing fully enclosed garden with BBQ.
Literally opposite the cottage is Burnham Market's playing fields with tennis courts and children's playground.
It is available for rental all year round from a minimum of 3 days. Sorry no dogs or smokers are permitted inside this cottage.
